This was hands down funny and sad all at once. The main question is where did I watch Dog, I ended up streaming it on my Jailbroken Nvidia Shield Tv Pro.

The Plot

Back to the movie, starring Channing Tatum as Jackson Briggs a soldier who needs to get cleared so he can get a job. Now, his Commanding Officer needs a favor from him first before clearing him to work. Lulu needs to be taken to a funeral to say her goodbyes and then taken to be put to sleep. No one can go near Lulu nor control Lulu since her handler killed himself. This is the storyline, Briggs has a history with Lulu, he helped train her for her military duties in war.

Lulu has this book on her story from start to finish of the things she did in the military. She even has TV shows she likes to watch to keep her calm. I will say this is like getting a dog for the first time and you don’t know its history. Briggs has to build trust with Lulu before she starts to listen to him. I say this because we have the sweet Akita, Kiyoshi and it was a lot of trust-building.

Most people don’t know they use dogs in war these days. And that they can come out with PTSD as well. Kevin Nash makes an appearance in this movie, where his wife is an animal therapist. She sees the problems Lulu is going through and knows what she wants.

Now I don’t want to spoil the whole movie for you. But it’s one you should really watch if you are a dog lover. Or thinking about getting a dog. Also, pay attention to how Lulu eats. Fresh foods, fruits, veggies, and meats, not that dried-out dog food in a bag. From having Kiyoshi, we saw what the people of Japan ate and feed her that way. Kiyoshi loves branzino and salmon, she will settle for turkey and beef. Thank you, Costco.
