My thoughts on the movie itself. It’s sad to see a family coming apart over money. Guccio Gucci should have made a plan of how big he wanted his family business to be and taught his sons that.

Family should always come first in business, but as we see the Gucci family doesn’t do this, business comes first. A lot of the story told is true but it does leave out two people, another daughter the couple had and another uncle, well two other uncles no one talks about.

I thought this movie was going to be about what really drove them to the top and how it all started. It focused on all the family drama that happen in real life back in the day. So sad, this had a chance to be a great movie. It was still good but it was so close to being Great. I really wanted to learn the business side of Gucci but it showed you how Gucci fell apart and is no longer a family business.

Due to this information of no longer being a family business, I’m going to keep looking for something better. Something with amazing quality and that is still a family business. Man, I just wish the all-around story of the movie was better, the acting is great.

Thumbs up to all the actors in the movie a great job. The storyline just falls short of what could have been the greatest family business movie of all time. Come on that fucking name alone, Gucci, love it!
