Where to Watch The Gilded Age HBO Max Series

The Russell’s Family

Hello Everyone and Thank you for stopping by our blog, Where to watch the Gilded Age.

We are Devices (D3vicx), and we specialize in helping people watch TV Entertainment for free on the best streaming devices.

The Gilded Age HBO Max Drama Series, clearly once I saw this I was like this is a must-watch show. I love The Gilded Age, now I don’t want people to get the Gilded Age confused with the Golden Age when Queen Elizabeth I, who ruled over England back in the 1500s. The Gilded Age is not looked upon as a good term in history. But some of the greatest business people came from this era.

The question is where have I been watching The Gilded Age if I don’t have HBO Max?

On my Jailbroken Nvidia Shield Pro, no need to pay for HBO Max when I can stream for free and it’s legal. I’ve had this Jailbroken Nvidia Shield Pro going on its 4th year now and it’s amazing. Running Android 9 version 8.2.1, no I didn’t update to Android 11 instead it was blocked.

At the moment my family and I have watched about 5 episodes and have been blown away by the information in trying to find out who the real families are from history. Mr. Russell is supposed to be based on Jay Gould and Andrew Carnegie, the Train Millionaire back in the 1800s, and the Steel Millionaire. His wife Mrs. Russell is based on the famous Alva Erksine Vanderbilt.

For some odd reason, we don’t know who the Russells really stand for at this moment. All we know is Old money doesn’t mix with New money and that is very true even in today’s NYC. If you are New Money you live on the Upper West Side of Central Park. If you are Old Money you live on the Upper East Side on Central Park. Funny how things haven’t changed much in 100 years.

Now PBS also has The Gilded Age but it’s the documentary and with that one, you know who the people really are. I will be watching the PBS The Gilded Age as well on my streaming device in the living room on the Jailbroken Nvidia Shield Tv Pro tonight so I can see who the Russell’s supposed to be. Rich people in this city, NYC will sue you over things like this, so maybe it's smart not to use the real family’s name. But they do a lot of name dropping in the series with side characters who were real people like Mrs. Astor. She is so famous in NYC there is Astor Place named after her. Then there is Mrs. Fish who had some of the craziest parties.

I have a friend Marnie from Runstreet who will has The Gilded Age tours in NYC. I did want to send a shout out to her company, Runstreet is an NYC based company hardcore for runners. I have been watching the Gilded Ages with Marnie and already she knew where these places were like it was the back of her hand. So if you are in NYC and want to see them in person book a tour on Runstreet.com.

I will say I noticed a lot of things in this series that clearly pay tribute to Mother England still, like afternoon tea. How the rich stay away from everyone else and marry within the small little circle they have of 400 families. Plus the Fortune Hunters, it’s all too much like watching Gentlement Jack as well. And for Fortune Hunters aka Gold Diggers, have clearly been around for hundreds of years. This is a clear eye-opening on how you have to watch out for people and what their true attentions are when you have a lot of money.

My family is half British and American which I’m 100% proud of. Clearly, we did something right that they bought that way of thinking and living in NYC back in the 1600s to the 1900s up until the Market Crash of 1929, we all remember that hopefully.

I don’t want to spoil this show too much, it’s just amazing and full of culture and history. Shout out to The Red Cross and shout out to HBO Max for another great series based on New York City, you know your audience very well.
