From the setup of the Nvidia Shield TV, I think it will be hard to downgrade from Android 11 back to Android 9.
I’m not too sure because I haven’t tried it yet. If I can find a USB to micro USB then it can be done. Again I have to try it out first and get back to you.
Don’t worry even if you have Android 11 you can still Jailbreak an Nvidia Shield TV easily. Android 11 is bad but it doesn’t stop the fun of having an Android much. You can still take the Video Class: Jailbreak Android and it will work. Just skip a step or two.
