Please be aware that we have our Elite System we load onto each and every device. The system is the same for everyone.

International Channels: Please tell us the country and channels you are look for, so we can cross check on our system. Just telling us your country is NOT enough, we don’t know channels outside the USA.

Order Time & Shipping: Your order takes 24 hours to load and test, starting at 7 am Monday - Friday. With Free USPS Shipping that is also only between Monday - Friday.

We only ship on Saturdays if you have upgraded to UPS overnight, which cost $55.
