At D3vicx LLC, we sell physical streaming devices that are prepared and shipped to your address. Each device is a tangible product, carefully inspected and tested before shipping.

Refunds and Returns

  • All sales are final once a device has been prepared and shipped.

  • Because these are customized, made-to-order tangible products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • If your device arrives damaged, defective, or is not delivered, we will promptly replace it at no additional cost to you.

Order Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We only ship to the address provided on your PayPal transaction for security and protection.

Customer Responsibility

  • Devices may include unique configurations. Written and video guides are provided to assist with setup and use.

  • D3vicx LLC is not responsible for misuse, third-party updates, or user error once the device has been delivered in working condition.

How to Report a Problem

If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or is not delivered, contact us immediately at:
