Steps Before Returning:

  1. Watch the Video Manuals: These videos solve 99% of the problems people encounter. To access the videos, please scan the QR sticker attached to the device.

  2. If the Videos Don't Help: You have two options:

    • Return the Device: Follow the return process.

    • Opt-In for Free Elite Care: Get special tech support and access to our app shop to help you get the device working the way you need it to.

Terms for Elite Care:

  • WiFi Setup Check: We will ask about your WiFi setup. WiFi 5, 6, and 6E don't travel well through walls and may disrupt your connection. For the best connection, we recommend plugging in your Ethernet cable or having the WiFi router and device in the same room.

  • Mesh Network System: If you can't have both in the same room, consider a Mesh Network System like Plume Pods. A mesh network system works like little satellites around the home, evenly pushing out WiFi.

Important Notes:

  • Physical Damage: If the device is physically damaged, we will not accept it as a return.

  • Original Packaging: The device must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.

  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the device is defective.

  • Proof of Purchase: A proof of purchase must be provided with the return.

  • Inspection Period: Once we receive the returned device, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection and processing of the refund or replacement.

  • Usage Outside of Elite System: Anything you use outside of our Elite System which is the customized launcher on the streaming devices is out of our control. Thank you.

Return Fraud & Scammers

Attention to Fraud and Scammers:

Each device's serial number is recorded, and all devices are equipped with a special sticker indicating they are from D3vicx. If a device is returned and the serial number doesn't match our records, we will know it's not from us.

We take careful measures to identify and verify the devices we load. Please avoid being placed on our banned list.

If you're genuinely interested in a customized device from us but feel the price is too high, consider using PayPal's Buy Now, Pay Later option. This allows you to pay off the device over four months, and we assure you, it's worth it.
