Should you buy an IPTV Service?
What is good everyone, Thank you for stopping by our blog, Should you buy an IPTV Service? This is T. the creator of Devices (D3vicx). I keep seeing this question pop up all over the sideloading community. Should you buy an IPTV Service? I’m going to let you know what I do firsthand to get Live TV and give you my thoughts on IPTV services.
I DO NOT deal in IPTV Services at all.
It’s a big reason why people who sell them end up going to jail and getting sued. The people who buy them, end up with fines as well. Due to the new US laws against copyright infringement. You can look at it two ways, the person who is selling most likely is not paying taxes on the money they have coming in. Which is how the IRS comes after you in the States.
Next, they are selling you something they own no rights to whatsoever. It’s really that cut and dry from what my lawyer tells us. Most people who sell the service are not registered as a company in their State. And most likely the sites that sell them don’t have the licenses at the bottom of the webpage. Which makes it 100% illegal in the US and falls under copyrighted infringement laws.

Sideloaded Devices, what’s the difference?
We here can sideload, fully load, and jailbreak just about anything and never deal in IPTV services when doing so. Why not IPTV services? Flat out, I don’t trust them.
They can’t protect your personal information once you sign up with them. You are not dealing with a company that you could sue if that information gets out. You are most likely dealing with a single person that you don’t know how to really get in touch with. Nor do you know how they are storing your personal information.
All this information is normally at the bottom of a website in the Privacy Policy. This policy explains the steps the company is going through to protect your personal information. And that they are following each State and country’s laws on the matter.
If that person doesn’t pay taxes on the money that’s coming in, you both will have problems. Once the IRS catches them, you will be fined a fee as well. Sorry, I’m not trying to freak you out. There is a case in the UK. A guy who sold IPTV Services made $500,000 and didn’t pay taxes on that money. They got his list of 1,800 old customers no longer with the IPTV Service and the list of new customers, everyone was fined a fee due to copyright laws.
The difference is a Streaming Device is an open-source device that can be customized.
You can load apps onto the device legally. All apps are legal even the third-party ones. Here is where it can get a little grey, you don’t know where the apps is getting its information from. Most likely it is a legal way. Not all apps are the same.
These apps are not hosting any information on them, they are designed to gather information from the internet. Sometimes this means they could be getting it from places that have licenses to host the information, like Tubi.
This is a big difference from someone who has Servers hosting the information themselves in their homes or at a business.
Some IPTV Services are legal but the question is which ones? I don’t know. This is why we only deal in Streaming Devices. You can buy a streaming device anywhere.

Don’t get this confused with XStream the IPTV player.
The IPTV players are legal because they hold no content. And I see that it’s a free IPTV list out there. But I can tell you, it’s not the Premium channels you are thinking of. It’s mostly stuff that’s already free to watch and things you never heard of.
Now from my point of view, I have to understand that because I’m in the sideloading business, well really the education business.
I don’t hold hundreds of laptops in my office with copyrighted content, that is just unintelligent. I sell education, kind of like Kodi does. It’s so much to this community you have to be smart about what you are selling. If you didn’t create it, you can’t sell it from what the new law says.

Video Classes
I created a system that fits these devices. So I am selling this system as a Video Class. It gets to you faster and I show you how it’s going to work from start to finish. Well, really I tell you what to do. My team and I put in the years and hours to show you how things work. And we are the only company with this system, called Elite System.
65 applications that work as 1 on your streaming device. That’s years of studying and testing applications in so many different app stores.
I will say the Apple TV was by far the most frustrating one but we could always see the potential it had so we kept pushing. An exclusive group of people we picked out helped us test the Apple TV Video Class for 1 full year and it’s great to say it’s still going strong. And now even more applications are being added on.
Not to say the Jailbroken Apple Tv 4K could go neck and neck with the Jailbroken Nvidia Shield Pro. It’s just so many ways to watch Live TV you don’t need an IPTV service nor cable at this point in time.

In Conclusion
Hopefully, this helped a lot of people out and you know the risk that comes with IPTV Services. We are very sure they are not letting you know that when you buy on their sites. So we wanted to give you the heads up.
And a lot of YouTubers who talk about this topic online are not from America nor live in America. They are learning about this new law the hard way for every time they post a video on YouTube it’s been taken down.
Be careful out there learn as much as you can about an online business and make sure they are a real company with at least an LLC like we are here at Devices (D3vicx). Happy Streaming.
