Chimaev missed weight by 7.5 pounds, wtf bro? What happened that’s a lot to miss weight by. And then I don’t even know what happened to Li Jingliang who was fighting Tony Ferguson at first.
I guess Dana thought about what DC had to say and changed that fight asap. Tony Ferguson and Nate Diaz fought at 155 pounds their whole careers. It’s only right to have them fight each other at 170 pounds today. That’s a great call.
I don’t even know if Li Jingliang is still on the card though. I know it’s now Chimaev vs Holland at 179 pounds, both of these guys are like fuck the weight class this Pay Per View. If you are going to stay heavy like that, move up a weight class to 185 pounds.

Welterweight Bout: Khamzat Chimaev vs Nathan (Nate) Diaz
It’s happening with two of the toughest guys in the world. Normally Nathan (Nate) Diaz fights at 155 pounds but it looks like he will be at 170 pounds against Chimaev. I love this guy Chimaev, he saw other people making money in the UFC and said to himself he could do it but better. This guy believes in himself, which makes his fights amazing. You can tell in the last fight he had some wear from having covid. It does affect your lungs even when you test negative.
This is going to be one of the biggest cards since McGregor vs Khabib at UFC 229. That’s how big Nate aka now Nathan Diaz and Khamzat Chimaev is going to be. We know Diaz is getting older but if he shocks the world and gives Chimaev his first loss. He will be in the running for the next Title Shot. But we don’t care about Titles, we care about who is the Badest.
My pick for this fight is my boy Nate Diaz. I heard somewhere he wants to be known as Nathan now.
Welterweight Bout: Li Jingliang vs Tony Ferguson
Another great fight on the card. How is Tony Ferguson back so fast after that knockout loss I don’t know. But It’s time for Tony Ferguson to get back in the win column. But he is in a different weight class for 170 pounds. That’s a big jump from his last fight at 155 pounds.
I would have waited for 1 full year to walk around at 170 pounds and to feel that power before jumping into this fight. The only problem is he is facing China's first knockout artist Li Jingliang. This guy loves to knock people the fuck out. And with 8 knockout wins in his division can he add Tony Ferguson to that list?
Li Jingliang vs Tony Ferguson is going to be an amazing fight for sure. I just can’t get over the 15-pound weight difference. Crazy.
Catchweight Bout: Kevin Holland vs Daniel Rodriguez
Sadly to say, I have no clue who Daniel Rodriguez is. With the depth of the UFC, I’m not going to know every fighter. I do know Kevin Holland though. From what I’m seeing on YouTube people are saying Kevin Holland vs Daniel Rodriguez saved the UFC 279 card.
I don’t know how true that is. But this from what I see is a better card. This information on this fight is based on Kevin Holland being able to knock out Daniel Rodriguez in the first round. I’m thinking Rodriguez is a wrestler, let’s hope not for Holland. Either way at catchweight this is going to be a good one. Holland, let their hands go in the first round, please.
