Yes, you can sideload IPAs onto any Apple TV as long as the Apple TV is running tvOS 15 and up. No computer is needed, and we don’t use Xcode to sideload, if we did it would cost $100 to APPLE as a developer or you will find yourself doing this every 7 days.
Our way of sideloading is a lot easier and only costs $25 a year for the APPLE developers fee, and yes this fee is per Apple device you decide you want to sideload. This works on iPhones and iPads but remember that $25 each device fee.

The applications are minimal today, but it comes down to skill and knowledge. Yes, Devices (D3vicx) have both when it comes to sideloading on Apple TVs. Thanks to Ryan; yes, this is a shout-out to you.
For asking us and putting us to the test. Could we sideload applications onto his Apple TV 4K 2021?
We had one little problem, but Ryan fixed that by sending in his new Apple TV 4K 2021 model with his Apple ID ready, loaded on the device, and running, leaving us to do the rest. We fully loaded Ryan's Apple TV 4K 2021 model within a few hours, and I kept it for testing for another 48 hours to make sure every little thing worked.
Today it is twice the number of IPAs in May 2023 than two years ago in September 2021. IPA stands for iOS Package App Store.
At first, we noticed some problems with Xcode on our macOS computers. How some old stuff that had been patched up by Apple that wasn't there four months ago. Meaning we had to find a new way of doing this again.
Note: If you use Xcode, you must have a Developer's Account for $100 a year. If not, you will find yourself doing this reload every seven days. We don't have this problem because we don't load the device this way.

Is D3vicx coming out with a book How to Customize Apple TVs?
Yes, this is true we are working on a book. Not sure what to title it just yet due to all the copyright laws. Remember when creating, we can’t teach what they call privacy, even if it’s not really privacy.
It’s a gap in the laws and we are just writing alone those gaps. The book will hopefully be completed by Christmas 2024 and released for sale in February 2025. It’s going to be a full rundown on how to gain access and control over the Apple TV system.

You can use Popcorn Time to download Movies, TV Series, and Anime. I recommend connecting the Apple TV to your computer over WiFi and moving the files.

When I used X-Code I had to pay a $100 Developer Fee. Is that Fee still around?:
A. Yes, the Developers Fee is still once a year to keep the Apple Tv loaded. But the good news is the Fee is only $25. We pay for your first year with the Apple Tv 4K.
Which Device is better the Nvidia Shield Pro or the Apple Tv 4K?:
A. It’s more about preference. If you are locked in the Apple ecosystem this is a great addition. To get a little more technical, there are more APKs than IPAs. This means more Android Package Kits than iOS Package App Store.
Would you recommend the customized Apple TV 4K?:
A. Yes, this customized Apple Tv 4K is so different from the Androids. This has the best build quality out of all the devices. However, you can’t load as many apps as you can on the Nvidia Shield Pro.
