We all know of Tech Doctor UK he has his own app, then I hear wonderful things from my London lads about ES File Explorer when it comes to cleaning the device. I will have to check it out and see if it’s better than DB Assistant.

Android 11 on Non Jailbroken Nvidia Shield Pro
Since the update to Android 11 a ton of new problems have hunted the Nvidia Shield TV Pro 2019. This is the very reason why we flashed the system and downgraded our Jailbroken Nvidia Shield Pros back to Android 9 version 8.2.1.
It’s hard to say what Android 11 does in a good way. But I know a whole lot of what it does in a bad way and yes causing buffering is one of the issues. Don’t buy a Jailbroken Nvidia Shield Pro with Android 11 on it. The person or company you are buying from better have a solid system to stop buffering like we do here.
Android 11 blocks a ton of normal things we don’t think about. Like the Plex Server, when you open it the device freezes up like crazy. People disable the Plex Server and this helps with buffering issues and other one.
Android 11 has also taken it to Kodi. No one I know with Android 11 can seem to fix the Kodi. Invest in Kodi Forks, this way you don’t have to deal with Kodi issues but you still can have the build. Own your Modem/Router Combo
Now, after using the device cleaner if you are still having issues, it’s time to check your internet. Try plugging in that ethernet cable for a maximum Jailbroken Nvidia Shield Pro connection.

The buffering could be the internet company throttling your internet for streaming third-party apps. But I’m not too sure if Androids have this problem yet. I know for sure a Jailbroken Firestick and a Jailbroken Apple TV has this problem but not the Android devices.
